Thornbury Town and Locality

The Town Pump
Thornbury is a small attractive and historic Market town in South Gloucestershire,nestling between the River Severn and the Cotswold escarpment.
It is located between Junctions 14 and 16 of the M5. Thornbury is signposted at these junctions, and is accessed from the A38.
The Chantry Community Association
The Chantry is situated at the lower end of Castle Street, and is the home to many of Thornbury's Clubs and Associations.
The Castle
Built in the time of Henry Vlll, was once a Royal Castle and now a Hotel of World wide repute.
The Town Hall
Once a Police Station and Magistrate's Court, it is now the home of Thornbury Town Council. A Tourist Information Service is also available on most week days.
